Josh Sievers

President

Josh Sievers, from Jackson, Tennessee is a Junior Finance major at the University of Tennessee. He joined TCMS in 2024 and has completed internships in equity research and private equity, most recently for Greater Sum Ventures. He joined the investment banking team at XLCS Partners in Summer 2025 and is currently a Junior Bloomberg Analyst in the Masters Investment Learning Center as well as Director of Membership in the Tennessee Capital Markets Society, an officer in the University of Tennessee Investment Group, and part of the Haslam Business Fellows Program.

In Summer 2026, Josh will be joining Jefferies’ TMT team in Charlotte, NC as a Summer Analyst.

Kevin Qian

Vice President

Kevin Qian is a Finance and Business Analytics honors student at the University of Tennessee’s Haslam College of Business, currently serving as a Private Equity Summer Associate at CAZ Investments. He has gained diverse investment experience through roles at CAZ, Project Destined, Brookside Properties, and as a Grata Scholar, building skills in private equity, GP stakes, M&A, and real estate. Selected for the exclusive AAAIM Accelerate Externship, Kevin has developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, strategic thinking, and market research. On campus, he is actively involved in the UT Investment Group, Tennessee Capital Markets Society, Alpha Kappa Psi.

Cashen Crowe

Treasurer

Cashen Crowe is a sophomore from Franklin, TN majoring in Finance and Accounting. Along with FMA, he is a part of the UT Investment Group and a member of the TCMS academy. He is an intern with Deep Knowledge Investing.



Spencer Margolis

VP of Internal Relations

Spencer is a senior from Knoxville, TN majoring in finance with a collateral in accounting. He is a member of Sigma Chi where he sits on the judicial board. Last summer, he was a private wealth management intern with Brown Brothers Harriman and will be returning next year for a full time role.


Clint Hemminger

VP of External Relations

Clint Hemminger is a sophomore from Morristown, TN majoring in Finance and Accounting. He has gained experience in portfolio management and venture capital through his time at Benjamin F. Edwards and HP Tech Ventures. In addition to FMA, he is involved with the Tennessee Capital Markets Society and the University of Tennessee Investment Group. Clint was selected to be a member of the Haslam Business Fellows Honors Program.

Mark Boss

Secretary

Mark Boss is a current sophomore from Los Angeles, California, majoring in finance and economics. He was a part of a variety of clubs in addition to FMA, such as the Tennessee Capital Markets Society and the University of Tennessee Investment Group. Mark is also the Scholarship Chair for Kappa Sigma. He previously worked for HP Tech Ventures (Venture Capital).


Kelley Anderson

Teacher Sponsor

Kelley Anderson joins Haslam as a clinical assistant professor. She earned her doctorate at the University of Memphis in 2022. Her research interests include international finance, institutional ownership and corporate governance. In her previous role as an instructor at the University of Memphis, she received the Teaching Beyond the Classroom Excellence Award and Outstanding Service Award from the Department of Finance for her work leading the Finance Club and interuniversity student competitions. Anderson has previous professional and entrepreneurial experience in recording industry management and arts administration as co-founder of a record label and youth music nonprofit organization.
